Not sure if any of these are new, but just want to list them here so others may chime in. BTW, these are for the Chicken Machurian, but I’m sure they have Gobi as well.
Sitara in Santa Clara. I’ve only had it in their buffet. The flavor was ok but it was spongy buffet version.
Tumeric in Sunnyvale was also buffet, but at least the flavor was much better, it was saltier and very spicy. However, it was a little more saucy (though not wet).
Have not tried Passage to India in Mountain View, yet.
