BaoZi is not often a “restaurant dish” so it’s not found frequently here. But most of the Chinese grocery delis have them, especially on weekends. While I haven’t tried most of them, I did try the one in Fremont Lions Plaza (880/Mission) and it was pretty good. The reason is probably the BaoZi there is made by the Northern Chinese chef who works in the kitchen that is shared among the food court and the Taiwanese restaurant next door. If you catch them while they just come of the steamers, it’s wonderful.
