Agreed. Just heard from a friend who visited the DTF in Arcadia that it is not as good some of the XLB found in the bay area. So it may face an uphill battle here.
Unfortunately I haven’t had a chance to try the other places in SF or Oakland, but I also think it’ll be hard to beat China First in Milpitas. Both their regular XLB and crab XLB are great.
My memory of DTF XLB from over 10 years ago are failing me.
