After I posted about the nice old fashioned Roasted Sweet Potato stand a couple of weeks ago, I mentioned that the owner was closing for the season. But apparently due to the “nice weather”, he has decided to stay open in May as well. A sign mentions that he will be operating on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sundays during the month of May. So get them while they’re hot, or wait until November.
