Today we tasted the beef and tendon braised noodle at eNoodle, and my wife (from Taiwan) and I both agree this is one of the best we have had. The best I have ever tasted was in Naperville in suburb of Chicago. The beef is tender and the tendon melts in your mouth. The broth is unique but very tasty. The noodle is the Cantonese style and my wife also mention it has texture of instant ramen noodle, but she loves it! I usually go with rice vermicelli when there is a choice, and I like this noodle too. So, five stars from us, and hope they don't change anything.
