    Hi,
    I see that older posts on your blog are in English. This one seems to be only in Chinese and I don’t see an option to convert it to English (I guess I could try Google Translate).

    Is there an option for English? Hope so…

    Sorry, don’t think there’s translate button. You can try Google Translate, although some of the food item terms will not translate correctly. Feel free to ask me if you have a specific question.

    無意之間看到這篇有關韓國炸醬麵的故事,謝謝您為咱們膠東人的家鄉麵食正名,隨著韓劇的推廣,山東華僑館子的炸醬麵居然成了韓國炸醬麵,甚至坊間流行的韓式炸雞,都不出乾烹雞的影子。

    @charlene 妳說的沒錯,韓國料理受我們韓國華僑的影響太多了,從基本的炸醬麵,炒碼麵,到乾烹雞,還有比較鮮為人知的,韓國小菜 잡채 (雜菜),燉豬腳 왕족발,都是我們山東膠東人的料理傳給了他們。可惜現代人不知這些由來,只有真正的饕客才會去研究。
